Eligibility:
• High School Diploma
• 65%+ English proficiency level
• Customer Service / Call Center working experience during graveyard hours
• Schedule flexibility (Operating Hours 2 AM to 12MD)
• Training will be from 10 PM to 6 AM OR 5 AM to 2 PM
• Typing skills (25 WPM with 90% accuracy)
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Delinquency Record (original)
• Patience and willingness to help
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to handle a high call volume
• Team player with a "can-do" attitude
