Roles & Responsibilities
? The Operations Manager is responsible for delivering the Cloud run services towards a client or a specific set of clients
? Responsible for SLA, Contract obligations, Review & update SLA; Impact assessment on Contract Change
? Own and Drive all P1/P2 tickets, ensuring they are resolved within the defined SLA
? Being the escalation point for delivery issues specific to client within Region & drive escalation to closure keeping stakeholder informed
? Ticket Governance: Drive the open ticket Queue for your respective region to control ageing
? Shift Governance : Ensure daily/weekly shift/operations governance is carried out and implement measures to correct issues observed
? Ensure the handover checklist is met and all open actions closed before taking over any customers in Cloud run support.
? People Management : Workforce planning, Attrition Control, Skill Enhancement through L & D and Improve employee satisfaction through Pulse
? Responsible for continuous process optimization, including tools, systems and automation with focus on toil reduction with the help of TDA
? Ensure security compliance within assigned set of accounts for region
? Ensuring that a culture of improvement, learning and productivity is in place across their team
? Daily Debrief , Weekly WOM , Agile Ways of working ? Validate & Sign Off Acceptance to RUN for any New Account being Onboarded to RUN with all required Tools
? Liaise with service providers and relevant vendors as and when required during escalation Cloud - Operations Manager
? Total Experience = 8 - 12 years in IT Infrastructure Operations and 3 -5 years in Public Cloud Service Operations ? Relevant Experience = At least 3 years of strong Cloud Operation Management experience
? Certification = Foundation & Practitioner for two hyperscaler
? Other Skills = Operation Management, Stakeholder Management & People Management
