Client of PwC Costa Rica, fast-growing and recognized multinational services company requires
Finance Manager

Main responsibilities:

Manage the newly created Transactional Finance Team.
Oversee accuracy, timelines, general support in leading and managing the team.
Create and implement processes with an eye to efficiency and overall process improvement.
Lead Finance in Overall Shared Service initiative, will support the creation of business cases to identify the value, costs and budget required to add the next service to the shared service center with a focus on providing superior customer service.
Partner with the US Assistant Controller to create a strong business case to identify the value, costs and budget required to add the next level service to the SSC with a focus on providing superior customer service.
Represent the Finance function as part of the Shared Services leadership team, managing the Finance Shared Service office space, resources, and hiring plan.
Perform other duties and projects as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related areas.
MBA preferred.
8+ years of experience in a shared service managerial role.
Previous experience in building and growing a shared service center preferred.
Advanced English proficiency required.
