Human Resources Manager

Main responsibilities:

Manage the HR team for the office, acting as the first point of contact for Costa Rica staff and managers with regard to HR policies and procedures ensuring appropriate communication and consistent application.
Lead the support of the full employee life cycle including onboarding, internal transfers, and employee departures.
Together with the Office Leaders and Functional Teams, advise in all Human Resources matters.
Manage and provide guidance on complex Employee Relations matters across the system.
Develop and maintain effective business partnerships and a strong network of key stakeholders such as the North America HR Network, Centers of Excellence, Legal, Risk, Operations and IT.
Manage annual compensation processes for business services staff including promotions, salary increases, and individual performance bonuses.


Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or related areas.
MBA / advanced degree in PHR / SPHR preferred.
8+ years of experience managing the human resources experience in a progressive HR department (preferably in a professional services organization).
Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management and compensation management.
Advanced English proficiency required.
