Operations Manager
Main responsibilities:
Responsible for the Facilities team, helping to oversee complex Real Estate projects to fuel the office growth.
Manage complex real estate space and growth needs for a fast-paced office, proactively thinking ahead of current needs and strategic planning 1-3 years out.
Solid grasp of various technologies and how advanced use of technology can be used to optimize the efficiency of a quickly growing diverse office with varying and adapting needs.
Use of data, analysis and presentation of data to team members and executive leadership so that data-informed decisions can be made quickly and efficiently.
Comfortable working / negotiating with a variety of external stakeholders to manage a large complex office environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related areas.
8+ years in a business services. management role (Operations, Real Estate, and/or Facilities focus ideal)
Track record as a trusted advisor and sounding board with both peers and senior management.
Well-versed in MS Office (especially PowerPoint), data analysis programs (excel, Tableau) and also office collaboration tools.
Advanced English proficiency required.
