CLOUD : REGION LEAD

Roles & Responsibilities
? Manage cloud services delivered to region via CSM and Operation lead to the client, ensuring the services are provided to an appropriate quality to meet contractual obligations.
? The Region Lead is accountable for delivering the cloud services towards a client for Region.
? Thorough understanding of all contractual obligations and ensures SLAs are met
? Work closely with the Regional Delivery leadership
? Develop and evaluate business cases and potential sales channels
? Participate and contribute to new cloud deals for Region.
? As a respected and trusted advisor, supports the region in deploying standards within accounts, ensuring best value for money for accounts and clients;
? Drive Improvement initiatives with measurable benefits
? Identifying and working to remove obstacles to the cloud delivery for Region.
? Quarterly delivery review with Regional lead to plan for subsequent quarters around upcoming projects and requirements, ensure readiness
? Oversee the Sign Off Acceptance to RUN for any New Client being Onboarded to RUN for Region
? Adherence to Delivery Processes & Deliver Services according to SLA
? Proactive support – Service Improvement, Revenue Enhancement and Cloud Adoption
? Advisory consulting services around cost and landscape optimization as a value-add service to client

? Total Experience = 18 - 22 years in IT Infrastructure Operations and 3 -5 years in Public Cloud Service Operations
? Relevant Experience = At least 5 years of strong Cloud Delivery Management experience ? Certification = Foundation & Practitioner for two hyperscaler
? Other Skills = Client Relationship Management, Program Management, Finance Management & People Management
