Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or related field.
Post graduate degree in a relevant field is a plus.
Knowledge of Google Suite tools, Excel (Advanced Level) and Power BI is a plus.
1+ year experience in Human Resources as HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, HR Specialist (e.g., Change Management, Culture, Training, People Analytics).
Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
Excellent communications skills.
Capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously, from planning through completion.
