At ISP Pro S.A. We're looking for dynamic, high performing Sales Reps who wants to jump in head-first and help build a company experiencing explosive growth.

The ideal candidate has a history of bringing on new business, exceeding sales quota, loves the thrill of the hunt as a result of outbound prospecting, high activity metrics and love sports or is sports knowledgeable.

In this role you will be in charge of building and maintaining your own client based portfolio, you're able to work up your way to a long term client relationship.

Responsibilities

-Research identify, and tenaciously generate daily new opportunities over the phone
-Research and analyze the best sales offer for each client
-Energetically qualify, build, and manage an accurate portfolio.
-Drive to individually compete (and win!) while still being a fantastic team player.
-Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products.
-Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
-Discover new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships.
-Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
-Treat your portfolio as your own business, it is!

Qualifications

-Experience in Sales
-Knows to handle Cold Calls
-Fluent English
-Knowledge of MS Office
-Ability to negotiate, persuade and close deals
-Self-motivated, hungry and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
-Fast learner and quick thinker
-Passionate about sales
-Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
-Strong interpersonal skills
-Resourceful and driven
