Administrative Services Manager

Main responsibilities:

Manage the Administrative Assistants (AAs) and the administrative team for the day to day operations.
Build, implement and consistently update a hiring, onboarding and training plan.
Create and monitor service quality metrics for the team, and remedying issues as they arise.
Being ‘the face’ of the Costa Rica administrative team to the broader regional and Global Services leadership community.
Work with the Head od Operations to design an effective and personalized support strategy for all key customers.
Execute all performance management processes by liaising with senior leaders who are supported by administrative team members.
Develop and execute a robust hiring plan to accommodate predicted team attrition and growth of customer base.
Motivate, develop, provide coaching and feedback through annual performance and development process and year-round informal feedback process.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management or related areas.
5+ years of experience in a shared service supervisory role.
Previous experience in building and growing a shared service center preferred.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Advanced English proficiency required.
