Client of PwC Costa Rica, fast-growing and recognized multinational services company, requires:
Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager
Main responsibilities:
Manage one or more business areas & deliver on responsibilities related to financial reporting and analytics needs, using relevant data tools, reporting environment and dashboards.
Act as a Business Partner with a focus on bringing insights to light through data analysis and visualization.
Support initiatives to enhance how the management engage in information required to manage the business.
Work towards finding solutions to complex problems by developing expertise on topic domains.
Support the leadership of various business segments, senior finance management, local, regional & global finance colleagues across the organization.
Interact extensively with a diverse range of stakeholders from across the business, both geographically and functionally, as part of the Business Intelligence team.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related areas.
MBA preferred.
8+ years of relevant finance experience, preferably in multinational environments.
Strong finance knowledge of financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheets, etc.
Experience with and exposure to data analytics and business intelligence tools (e.g. SAP Business objects, Power BI, Tableau; advanced MS Excel, building reports, and diagnosing issues).
Advanced English proficiency required.
